MY JOURNEY

My journey took a transformative turn at the Duchess of Kent hospice, where I found my calling in managing Lymphoedema and supporting post-cancer patients and those undergoing treatment. Witnessing the struggles of those with surgical scars and radiotherapy damage, I embarked on a path to become a certified Restore scar practitioner, driven by the belief that I could offer more. As a Registered Nurse, I am dedicated to delivering holistic, compassionate, and personalised care to each individual.

Registered Nurse RGN registered with the NMC – nursing midwifery council
ITEC Level 3 in Reflexology and holistic Massage
Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic drainage (FG-MLD)
Restore Scar therapy
Certificate in Indian Head Massage
Fully insured with BALENS

Holistic therapy Reflexology and massage

Complementary therapies such as massage, reflexology, and Indian head massage are integral to holistic well-being. These personalised sessions go beyond addressing physical symptoms; they also nurture emotional health, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and balance throughout the body and mind.

Specialist therapy - MLD and scar therapy

MLD is a specialised massage technique effective for both primary and secondary lymphoedema, which can be caused by cancer treatments or post-surgery. It is also beneficial post-liposuction and post-cosmetic surgery. Through gentle hand movements, MLD promotes lymph flow, guiding fluid away from affected areas and reducing swelling. Scar Therapy addresses fibrotic, less functional scar tissue post-injury and trauma. Using the RESTORE method, it employs scar massage and fascial release to reduce pain, enhance functionality, and improve cosmetic appearance. It's a gentle yet effective treatment used in both NHS and private healthcare settings.

Initial 90-minute consultation: £85.00

Subsequent 60-minute sessions: £70.00

30-minutes: £30.00

60-minutes: £60.00

Please note that a home visit fee of £15 may apply.
